One of our KPI´s for measuring this is our sick leave/absence percentage, which is stable at 2-3%. We also have a good track record of seniority among our employees and those who choose to leave often return to Elcor.
Elcor is working actively with preemptive measures to identify hazards for humans, property, and equipment. This is so that we can take proper measures preventing unwanted incidents. We invest in PPE, new technology, our production equipment, and internal training of personnel executing the procedures in production.
Elcor is certified according to ISO14001:2015 proving our environmental awareness and giving our partners and clients the confidence that we operate to the highest standards. We strive to continuously developing our processes to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and our environmental management system is an integral part of our quality and HSE system. Our focus is always on energy conservation, waste management, chemical handling, pollution prevention and utilizing the correct products.
Quality on time in an efficient and safe manner is what we commit to when engaging in a project for our clients. We set up our factories to ensure that all our deliveries include what is expected from us, both to official rules and regulations and documentation requirements.
