Ex Junction Box
Big range of stocked boxes in various sizes and configuration. High IP protection and various models adapted for different terminal configurations and uses. Smart-box special made for cable ladder installation.
Avilable as controllstations with pushbuttons.
Ex Heaters
The EH-series of heaters are built in SS316 and can be delivered both with and without thermostat, and with JB or flying lead. Avilable from 50 to 1000W and stocked at our location forrapid delivery.
Thermostats have differenttemperature ranges to suit all requirements.
Ex Heat Trace Accessories
A big range of stocked equipment in SS316 for EHT including connection, distribution, thermostats, fuseboxes and isolators. All boxes are available as wallmounted or pipemounted with direct access under isolation.
We also stock brand independent glands, armoured hoses and connection-kits.
CCG Glands
CCG delivers Ex glands of extreme high quality at competitive prices and with a range that can cover all the needs in projects.
A wide selection of adaptors and breathers completes the series, and all are available both in nickle-plated brass and SS316.

Junction Boxes and Cabinets (ATEX/IECEx)
Our junction boxes and cabinets are certified to ATEX and IECEx standards, offering protection for electrical connections in explosive atmospheres. Designed for durability and ease of installation, they ensure safe energy distribution and system reliability.
EX Enclosure Heaters
Our enclosure heaters are supplied with thermostat control and are designed to provide heat within defined temperature limits. Currently, the solutions are delivered with two thermostat options:
- Thermostat for temperature limitation
- Thermostat providing full output
Manifold Heater
The instrument heater is designed to prevent waxing in manifold blocks.
It is intended for installation inside instrument housings only, where sufficient insulation is provided.
Without insulation, heat loss will be too high for the product to function as intended.
EX Thermostats
Our thermostats are used for reliable temperature control in EX-certified heating solutions. All thermostats are supplied with an adjustable set point and are designed for temperature control or temperature limitation in accordance with the product specification.
Anti-Ice Cassette System (AIC)
The AIC is designed to ensure ice-free escape routes in hazardous areas.
The product is developed and documented for use on escape routes, stairways, and other safety-critical access areas, in accordance with the relevant datasheets and certifications.
Heat Trace – Products and Solutions
Heat tracing is used for frost protection and temperature maintenance of pipes, valves, and process equipment in EX-classified areas.
